Refund Policy: All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except when we cancel an order we can’t fill.

If we can’t fill an order, for example because an item sold out at the same moment someone else bought it, we may cancel that order and refund your payment.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us at sistersbythemoon111@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take a look.

Some of our candles and wax melts are topped with taller wax embeds that can shift or break in transit. This isn’t covered by a refund either, but please reach out to us at sistersbythemoon111@gmail.com. If it’s warranted, we may offer a discount on your next order.
